Covered Person Removal Request - Daniel Anderl Judicial Security and Privacy Act
Under The Daniel Anderl Judicial Security and Privacy Act and any relevant federal and state laws, if you are a Covered Person—including, inter alia, current, former, or retired judges, prosecutors, law enforcement members, and their immediate family members living in the same household— and wish to have your details removed from our site, please contact us at privacy@statecourts.org. Please include your complete name, residence, and email address, as well as your status as a covered person. Ensure your email's subject line reads: "Attention Covered Person Removal Request." Your information will be used solely to process your privacy request efficiently.

- Right to Correct. If any personal information we held about you is incorrect, you have the right to ask for it to be corrected or updated.
