| Directions: | The general public must use the main doors to the courthouse that face south. The west entrance is locked at all times. The courtroom is located on the 3rd floor. Please arrive 15 minutes early. When you arrive, please check in with the Clerk of Court. |
| Restrictions: | Absolutely no weapons of any kind are allowed. Anyone entering the courthouse must agree to a search of person or possessions if requested. While attending court, all electronic devices including cell phones must be turned off. No purses or back packs. No food. No hats or caps. |

| About / Additional Info: | Southeast Judicial District consists of 14 counties. It was created in 1979 to include Barnes, Dickey, Eddy, Foster, LaMoure, Ransom, Richland, Sargent and Stutsman counties. In 1993, Wells County was transferred to this district from the South Central Judicial District. In 2000, Griggs County was transferred to this district from the Northeast Central Judicial District. In 2014, Kidder, Logan and McIntosh counties were transferred to this district from the South Central Judicial District. The Southeast Judicial District is part of Unit 2 which also includes the East Central District. |
